/p pREACH is a European Union regulation adopted to protect human health and environment against the risks that chemical substances pose, and to improve the competitiveness of the chemical industry in the EU.
/p pReachCentrum's professionals help businesses in the chemical industry navigate through the business implications of REACH, CLP and Biocides legislation and processes.
/p pREACH mandates chemical companies to register their substances manufactured or imported in a joined effort with other potential registrants of the same substance.
In order to prepare the necessary communication and decision making processes, companies organize themselves in REACH consortia.
/p pCurrently ReachCentrum is managing about 100 consortia, which require tailored advice on regulatory compliance at all stages of the REACH Regulation.
To strengthen its expertise in the chemicals regulatory field and enhance the support provided to clients, ReachCentrum is seeking an experienced Consortia Project Manager to be part of its dynamic team.
/p pAs a bProject Manager / Consultant /b, you will support clients and consortium members in the administration and management of consortia activities.
You will contribute to the successful delivery of projects, support consultancy assignments and help maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
/p pDepending on the stage and complexity of the projects, this role requires: /p ul liProject management and coordination skills; /li liExecution of administrative and financial management activities; /li liAbility to work on several projects simultaneously; /li liAbility to prioritize tasks and adapt to changing circumstances; /li liStrong organizational and communication skills; /li liWillingness to continuously develop regulatory and industry knowledge.
/li /ul pReachCentrum has expanded its service portfolio in recent years and continues to develop new services linked to global REACH-like regulations.
You will contribute to the development and delivery of these services while working closely with experienced colleagues and subject matter experts.
You will report to the ReachCentrum Team Lead and be supported by the wider ReachCentrum team.
/p h3Additional Requirements /h3 ul liGood stakeholder management and relationship-building skills; /li liExperience collaborating and communicating with a variety of stakeholders; /li liAbility to work effectively under deadlines and manage competing priorities; /li liKnowledge of REACH, CLP, BPR or related chemicals legislation, or a strong interest in developing expertise in this area; /li liAwareness of competition law principles; /li liGood understanding of contractual and legal considerations within consortium management; /li liInterest in financial project management and willingness to learn about consortium cost-sharing mechanisms.
/li /ul h3Main Tasks /h3 ul liSupport the organization and execution of consortium activities; /li liMaintain and communicate consortium plans and timelines; /li liManage administrative activities, including financial coordination and stakeholder communications; /li liOrganize and facilitate technical and executive consortium meetings; /li liSupport discussions and contribute to achieving consensus among consortium members; /li liAssist in coordinating the technical work performed by consortium participants and external experts; /li liSupport the preparation and review of legal and contractual documentation as required; /li liIdentify potential issues and elevate them appropriately to senior colleagues; /li liWork closely with the finance team to support consortium financial management; /li liAssist clients with day-to-day REACH and biocides-related activities; /li liSupport interactions with regulatory authorities and third parties where required; /li liMaintain awareness of regulatory developments and industry trends; /li liContribute ideas and practical solutions to help clients address regulatory challenges; /li liRecognize potential risks and opportunities and support the development of appropriate solutions; /li liBuild and maintain effective relationships with consortium members, clients and other stakeholders.
/li /ul h3Profile /h3 pThe ideal candidate will be an early-career professional who has: /p ul liA Master's degree or equivalent; /li liGood knowledge of REACH and/or European chemicals legislation (REACH, BPR, CLP); /li li3–5 years of professional experience in project management, consulting, regulatory affairs or another client-facing role; /li liExperience working with multiple stakeholders in collaborative projects; /li liStrong communication and interpersonal skills; /li liExcellent written and spoken English; /li liExperience supporting clients or internal stakeholders in regulatory, compliance or technical projects; /li liStrong organizational skills and attention to detail; /li liProactive attitude and willingness to take ownership of assigned tasks while working collaboratively within a team.
/li /ul pThe recommended recruiting range for this role is €32,000 - €39,000.
In accordance with local legislation, the salary information displayed applies to Italy only.
Recommended recruiting salary bands in other locations will differ.
