/p h3Job Role /h3 pWe are looking for an Online Channel Management Specialist to join our Bologna team.
The role calls for 2–5 years of experience in e?commerce, digital retail, or consulting environments.
You will contribute to the management, optimisation, and performance growth of digital sales channels, supporting our clients in improving commercial results, operational effectiveness, and channel coherence.
/p h3Responsibilities /h3 ul liSupport the end?to?end management of e?commerce channels, including DTC platforms and third?party marketplaces.
/li liMonitor channel performance through commercial and operational KPIs such as sales, conversion, traffic, pricing, promotions, and stock availability.
/li liCollaborate with cross?functional teams (marketing, CRM, customer service, logistics, technology) to ensure consistency and effectiveness across the omnichannel customer journey.
/li liContribute to the definition and execution of channel development plans, including marketplace expansion and international rollouts.
/li liSupport catalogue, pricing, promotional and content optimisation activities across digital channels.
/li liLeverage advanced analytics, data science techniques, and data?driven tools—including AI?enabled solutions—to support operational and strategic decision?making.
/li liPrepare analyses, presentations, and insights for clients and internal stakeholders.




/li /ul h3Requirements /h3 ul li2–3 years of experience in e?commerce, channel management, marketplace management, digital retail, or consulting roles.
/li liSolid understanding of digital commerce dynamics and key e?commerce performance metrics.
/li liAbility to manage multiple activities and priorities in parallel, with attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
/li liStrong analytical and data science mindset, with confidence in data crunching, statistical analysis, and extracting actionable insights from complex datasets.
/li liStrong interest in digital commerce, omnichannel models and the application of artificial intelligence to business.
/li liExcellent communication skills in both Italian and English.
/li liBased in Bologna or willing to relocate, with flexibility for hybrid working.
/li /ul h3Valued Experience /h3 ul liExperience in retail, fashion or consumer goods e?commerce projects.
/li liExposure to international marketplaces (e.g., Amazon, Zalando, Farfetch or similar platforms).
/li liFamiliarity with e?commerce platforms, OMS, PIM, web analytics and business intelligence tools.
/li liExperience with data analysis tools such as Python (pandas, numpy), SQL, Excel advanced functions, or other data science frameworks for extracting insights from large datasets.
/li liInternational experience or cross?country collaboration.
