/ppbSpecifically, you will be responsible for: /b /pulliCarrying out documentation and administrative activities related to the contract lifecycle /liliCoordinating supplier onboarding and ensuring the collection and validation of documentation /liliManaging the digital signature process for contracts and overseeing the operational workflow /liliMaintaining alignment between management systems and official documentation /liliSupporting the integration of new affiliates, analyzing spending, identifying duplicate contracts,

and rationalizing suppliers /liliProducing reports for the supervisory body and supporting the Compliance function /li /ulpbWhat skills are we looking for?
/b /pulliDegree in Economics, Management Engineering, or equivalent /liliMinimum of 4 years' experience in similar roles, preferably within structured organizations /liliKnowledge of Procure-to-Pay processes and contract management tools /liliSkills in advanced Excel, Power BI, SAP, or equivalent /liliExperience in IT/software contracts is a plus /liliExcellent organizational skills, compliance orientation, and ability to work cross-functionally and internationally /liliFluent English (C1); knowledge of French is considered an asset /li /ulpWe are looking for people with a strong growth mindset, who see every challenge as an amazing opportunity to grow.
