strategic thinker able to set systematic approaches with an "input-output" and problem?solving mindset, develop smart tools and rules and convince everyone to use them;
precise worker able to deal with complex budgets and bureaucracy?driven donors, while keeping a proactive approach;
finisher, able to develop coherent and convincing texts and submit complex proposals.
Role and responsibilities
The successful candidate will...
Act as a technical and operational support in the development and management of tenders and grants, supporting the team in both hands?on and strategic activities;
Support and maintain a company's tenders and grants strategy (by donor and public sector) with the team leader of the Business Unit;
Develop, improve and maintain relevant company tools for the development and management of tenders and grants;
Manage and update grants and tenders, and public procurement online profiles;
Provide timely and accurate information on funding and tender opportunities and the dissemination to the internal staff and partners;
Analyse tenders and grants documentation and report to the strategist of the Business Unit with company?aligned opportunities;
