Herzum is seeking a Service Operations Manager to oversee the operational management and governance of a portfolio of value-added services across the CEMEA regions.
The role is fully remote, coordinating service launches, onboarding, billing governance, and performance reporting across markets.
You will collaborate with Country Managers and Account Owners to define client populations, manage communications and drive continuous improvements in processes and controls.
