Sharp Brains is seeking an experienced IT Support specialist for a 1-year freelance/B2B backfill role in Modena. You will provide end-user support for desktops and laptops, handle IMAC activities, and manage device lifecycles including OS imaging and patching.

You will work with SCCM, Intune, and ServiceNow to track assets, resolve tickets, and deliver remote assistance while ensuring compliance with IT security policies. VIP onsite contact during escalations is expected.
