We're looking for our Founding Sales Lead (deep cyber experience required)
As TROPICO Security keeps on growing, we need someone who can help us deliver our minefields to CISOs.
We build amazing deception tech. Fake portals, honeytokens, AI honeypots, the kind of traps that make attackers regret ever touching a keyboard. Our CISOs love it. Attackers... less so.
Mr. Coco, our Chief Deception Officer, wants you to join the team on the frontline!
The Role:
- First dedicated sales hire, reporting straight to founders
- Own the full cycle, from cold outreach to signed contracts
- Shape the European GTM playbook alongside the leadership team
- Be the voice of the market, especially for our infra and AI agent expansion
You are:
- 5+ years selling cybersecurity B2B ideally with a vendor, comfortable in CISO conversations
- Italian mother tongue, professional English, based in or willing to move to Milan
- A builder, not a follower. You thrive when there's no playbook yet
What we offer:
- Up to EUR 150K OTE (based on experience)
