Client Account Manager, Enterprise Sales - Italian Market

In this role you will manage a book of business with key retail partners, acting as a trusted advisor on campaigns and performance. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate client goals into actionable media strategies and insights. You will own the storytelling and data interpretation that demonstrates impact and optimizes results. Your work will help advertisers succeed on Pinterest while advancing the platform’s value for partners. This role offers a chance to influence campaign optimization at scale in a fast-paced environment.

- Build and nurture partner relationships and proactively discuss campaign performance and opportunities
- Coordinate with internal teams to meet partner objectives (Measurement & Insights, Product Marketing, Creative Strategy)
- Understand partners' business goals and translate data into actionable insights
- Lead the 'how' conversation on media strategies across targeting, bidding, creative, and measurement
- Develop expertise in Pinterest campaign best practices and ensure optimal campaign setup
- Interpret results and communicate impact to partners
- Evaluate campaign success, troubleshoot issues,



and drive optimization actions
- Lead client meetings to understand objectives, present complex solutions clearly, and manage objections
- Cross-sell and upsell to exceed revenue targets
- Explain product features and provide guidance on best practices; stay current with product roadmap
- Digital advertising sales experience with high-value relationships
- Data-backed storytelling and recommendations
- Forecasting and goal achievement experience
- Strong communication skills across in-person, phone, and email
- Team player able to work with technical and non-technical teams
- Expertise in digital advertising and media sales, including optimization and analytics
- Technical foundation with experience in Search/Shopping/Display/Social advertising technologies
- Curiosity about AI tools to improve productivity and a track record of using AI to enhance campaign work
- Fluent in Italian and English
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience
