Development, Launch, Scaling, PhaseoutLead portfolio and customization strategies to balance speed, reuse, and profitabilityAct as application and market expert for OEMs, luminaire manufacturers, and system integratorsCollaborate globally across regions and functions to ensure successful launches5+ years in Product Management / Product Marketing within professional lighting or LED components businessProven experience xysqume with LED modules and electronic boards, ideally in B2B commercial & industrial lightingSolid understanding of LED technologies, optical/thermal/electrical constraints, and certifications (ENEC, UL, Zhaga, DALI ecosystem)Strong market and application knowledge (offices, retail, industrial, logistics, public buildings)Strategic mindset with hands-on execution abilityEducation in Engineering (MBA a plus) and fluent English
