NAS Sales Consultant – Focus on Latin America

Thales' Navaids and Non Radar Surveillance Business Segment (“NAS”) is a world leader in the segment of Air Traffic Management (ATM) equipment, having supplied more than 8,000 systems to over 160 countries.

Objectives and responsibilities

-

- Secure NAS related order intake in Latin America through local partners

- Develop business opportunities in close coordination with all stakeholders of Thales' Airspace Mobility Solutions Business Line (AMS) and responsible country office

- Prepare bidding documentation and manage assigned bid teams

- Lead and finalize respective contract negotiations with given mandates

- Train and manage existing local partners, identify new partners if required

- Analyze market trends and communicate with relevant AMS departments

- Create an opportunity pipeline, qualify and implement it

Requirements

-





- Bachelor or Master Degree in Engineering or Business Management/Administration from renowned international universities or colleges

- Comprehensive knowledge of international export business

- Basic knowledge of business cases & economic balance sheets, export control, international law, project implementation

- Related ability to build trust & long‑term relationships with business partners and end‑users

- Flexibility to address other xysqume regions if necessary

- Fluent in English and Spanish; French, Italian, or other language skills will be an advantage

- Ability to work in multinational teams

- Competence to laterally manage matrix organisations of a large group of companies

- Experience in similar industries will be an advantage

- Commitment to achieve defined targets

- Competence in communications and presentations

- Willingness to travel
