Are you a dynamic problem-solver with a passion for driving business success? We're seeking talented Consultants to join our team in Milan and Rome, Italy. As a Consultant, you'll play a crucial role in helping our clients navigate complex challenges and achieve their strategic goals.
- Collaborate with clients to identify business challenges and opportunities
- Conduct in-depth research and analysis to develop innovative solutions
- Design and implement tailored strategies and business models
- Lead project workstreams and deliver high-quality deliverables on time
- Present findings and recommendations to clients with clarity and confidence
- Support junior team members and contribute to their professional development
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to provide cutting-edge advice
- Contribute to business development initiatives and proposal writing
- Manage client relationships and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
- Adapt quickly to different industries and business environments
- Master's degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, or a related field
- 3+ years of experience in consulting or relevant industry positions
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills with a structured approach
- Strong business acumen and industry insights
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities
- Proven track record of developing creative solutions from strategy to implementation
- Demonstrated leadership potential and experience working in diverse teams
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and software (e.g., Excel, PowerBI, Tableau)
- Outstanding project management and organizational skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Commitment to excellence and continuous learning
- Strong research and report writing abilities
- Adaptability to different industries and client needs
- Fluency in English and Italian; additional language skills are advantageous
At Roland Berger, we see pay transparency as a foundation for trust, fairness, and respect, reinforcing our commitment to equal opportunity and our core values. For this position, we provide an initial annual total compensation range, including base salary plus an annual premio up to 30%. The final offer will be determined within this range based on qualifications, experience and skills. In addition, we offer a comprehensive benefits package to support employee well-being and development.
