It is a leader in formulating and manufacturing high-end chemical raw materials. Customers are major Italian and international industrial companies. /p pFor the upgrading of the Sales Department, we are seeking: /p h3SALES BACK OFFICE CUSTOMER CARE /h3 pThe ideal Resource has at least 2 / 5 years' experience in a similar role or as Inside Sales, in medium-sized and international companies. /p h3Main activities and responsibilities /h3 ul liManaging orders and customer data; /li liSupporting after-sales activities and preparing offers for B2B customers; /li liHandling customer requests on orders,



deliveries and invoicing; /li liInteracting with the Italian Sales Network to manage priorities and updates; /li liLiaising with production and warehouse to check product availability; /li liMonitoring deliveries and coordinating with logistics, supporting shipment organization (timing, transport, documents, customs); /li liSolving issues related to supply and deliveries; /li liReporting activities when needed. /li /ul h3Requirements: /h3 ul liPrevious experience in the role, or similar one. /li liGood knowledge of MS Office, ideally Dynamics 365. /li liAdvanced knowledge of the English language (B2 - C1); /li liExperience in CRM / Sales Back Office systems is a plus. /li /ul pCommunication skills, customer focus, problem solving, and accuracy complete the profile. /p pPlace of work: Milan centre - P.za Cinque Giornate area – MM Tricolore /p p1 day lavoro da remoto per week. /p /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
