ph3Digital Solutions Integration Specialist /h3pIn this role you drive the adoption and effectiveness of Intuitive's digital solutions, enabling seamless data capture, integration with EMR/PACS, and cloud-based training services.
You will onboard customers, analyze workflows, deliver training, and support sales and marketing with product demos.
You'll lead clinical teams and build strong relationships with key stakeholders to expand usage and satisfaction.

and optimization to meet customer goals /liliEducate customers on MyIntuitive+ onboarding and capabilities /liliMonitor and drive product utilization among clinicians and staff /liliExpand the user base by engaging hospital staff and thought leaders /liliTest and troubleshoot installed systems and elevate issues to digital tech support /liliLead training sessions for clinical teams and onboard new staff /liliMentor and onboard new and existing team members /liliParticipate in cross-functional projects to improve processes and materials /liliFoster relationships with internal teams (sales, digital support, marketing, field service) and support multi-department events /liliProvide customer feedback to product and process improvement teams /liliProspect for digital solution expansions and upgrades within existing accounts /liliBachelor's degree or equivalent experience /lili2+ years in procedural/OR healthcare software /lili2+ years of experience with clinical project integrations /liliKnowledge of EMR/PACS advantageous /liliBackground in training clinical and OR staff /liliFamiliarity with the Procedural/Operating Room environment /liliStrong analytical and problem-solving skills /liliExperience delivering consulting services to customers /liliEffective written and verbal communication in Italian and English /li /ul /p #J-*****-Ljbffr
