/p h3Position Overview /h3 pWe are seeking an experiencedbTechnical Training Specialist /bto lead and deliver hands-on technical training programs for Vogelsang employees, distributors, and customers.
This role will be based at ourbRavenna, OH /bfacility and is ideal for someone with strong mechanical aptitude and a passion for teaching and communicating technical concepts clearly.
/p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 ul liDevelop, deliver, and manage in-person technical training programs on Vogelsang rotary lobe pumps, macerators, and system components.
/li liConduct hands-on demonstrations and workshops covering assembly, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
/li liCreate and update training materials, including manuals, presentations, and instructional videos.
/li liCoordinate new product training and certification programs for service and sales personnel.
/li liMaintain the Vogelsang training center and ensure equipment is in optimal condition for instruction.




/li liEvaluate training effectiveness and incorporate feedback to continuously improve learning outcomes.
/li liCollaborate with Service, Engineering, and Sales teams to align training content with company goals and technical updates.
/li liProvide occasional on-site training and technical support to distributors and customers (travel up to 20%).
/li /ul h3Qualifications /h3 ul libBachelor's degree /bin Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Technology, or a related technical discipline.
/li lib3–5 years of experience /bin technical training, field service, or product support within an equipment or manufacturing environment.
/li liStrong mechanical and electrical understanding; ability to explain, demonstrate, and troubleshoot mechanical systems.
/li liExcellent verbal and written communication skills with experience presenting to technical and non-technical audiences.
/li liProficiency with Microsoft Office; experience creating training videos or e-learning modules is a plus.
