/p h3About the Role /h3 pWe are looking for an IT Recruiter to join our Milan team and develop their career in technical recruitment within a dynamic outsourcing environment.
In this role, you'll focus on the full recruitment lifecycle while supporting the placement of IT professionals with our client portfolio across Italy.

/p pbLocation: /b Milan, Italy (Full-time, in-office) /p pbContract Type: /b Permanent Employment /p h3What You'll Do /h3 ul liOwn end-to-end recruitment processes for engineering roles across IT disciplines /li liSource and engage candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, CV databases, referrals, and other networks.
/li liConduct in-depth candidate interviews to assess technical competencies, career motivations, and suitability for outsourcing or staff augmentation models.
/li liBuild and manage a high-quality, continuously evolving pipeline of IT talent for both immediate and future client needs.

/li liAct as a key point of contact for hiring managers and client stakeholders, translating technical requirements into effective sourcing strategies.
/li liAdvise clients and internal teams on market conditions, salary benchmarks, and talent availability within the Italian engineering landscape.
/li liContribute to process improvements and recruitment best practices.
/li liSupport employer branding efforts to position Prime Engineering Italy as an employer of choice in the engineering sector.
/li /ul h3What We're Looking For /h3 ul li1–5 years of experience in recruitment, HR, or a talent-related role.
Experience in IT, technical, or outsourcing environments is required.
/li liA genuine interest in the IT sector and in building a career in technical recruitment.
/li liStrong interpersonal and communication skills — you're comfortable talking to people at all levels of seniority.
/li liHighly organized with good attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple open roles simultaneously.
/li liA proactive, results-driven attitude with a willingness to learn quickly.
/li liFluency in Italian (essential) and a good working level of English (required).
