/li liPlan and organize training courses dedicated to customers.
/li liCollect information on client needs and feedback regarding products.
/li liProvide support in resolving technical issues related to products.
/li liPlan and continuously manage product updates (software, firmware, and infrastructure components).
/li /ul h3Technical Skills and Soft Skills /h3 ul liBasic knowledge of electronics and telecommunications.




/li liBasic knowledge of computer networking.
/li liBasic knowledge of Linux operating systems, Windows operating systems, and virtualization technologies (VMware, Hyper-V, etc.).
/li liBasic knowledge of SQL relational database queries.
/li liAbility to work in a team.
/li liStrong communication and interpersonal skills.
/li liInitiative and problem-solving attitude.
/li liAutonomy in problem-solving, even under stress/emergency conditions.
/li liDiscretion and confidentiality in client relations.
/li liWillingness to travel abroad.
/li /ul h3Education /h3 ul liDegree in Computer Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or a technical diploma in Computer Science or Electronics.
/li liExcellent knowledge of the English language (written and spoken).
/li liKnowledge of a second foreign language is preferred (French, German, Spanish).
