Email & Social Media Specialist
We are seeking a hands-on Email & Social Media Specialist with a technical foundation in email marketing systems and social media mechanics. The role involves building and troubleshooting Klaviyo email flows, understanding how Instagram and YouTube content performs, and turning campaign briefs and data into effective content across email, social, and video.
Responsibilities & Qualifications
Email Marketing Execution
Build, manage, and troubleshoot automated Klaviyo flows (trigger logic, segmentation, and conditional filters). Monitor performance, diagnose issues (broken links, incorrect targeting, deliverability), and resolve them independently. Write and QA email campaigns based on briefs, ensuring correct formatting, links, and segmentation.
Social Media & YouTube Strategy
Write reel scripts, carousel copy, captions, and titles for Instagram and YouTube, and build reels/carousels manually when needed (Canva, CapCut, native editors), not just handing off scripts. Understand platform mechanics (hooks,
retention, algorithm behavior) and use performance data (reach, engagement, watch time) to guide content decisions.
Content Repurposing & Coordination
Extract selling points from videos and other media to create email, blog, and social copy. Maintain content calendars updated.
What We're Looking For
Core Qualifications
- Technical Background: Hands-on experience with email automation platforms (Klaviyo or similar), comfortable troubleshooting flow logic independently.
- Social Media Fluency: Solid understanding of Instagram/YouTube mechanics and comfort reading analytics to guide content.
- Experience: 1+ years in email marketing, social content production, or marketing analytics (travel industry a plus).
Key Skills & Mindset
- Hands-On Problem-Solving: Resourceful and self-sufficient — you dig in and find the answer before asking for help.
- Multi-Channel & Hands-On Production: Able to turn raw content into channel-specific output — email, reel script/build, carousel, or blog — using tools like Canva/CapCut when no designer is available.
- Organization & Detail: Strong attention to detail; comfortable with calendars, briefs, and tracking
- Tech Stack: Microsoft Teams, Monday.com, Notion, or WordPress is a plus.
- Drive: Proactive, ownership-oriented, curious about how email and social systems work.
Salary Range
RAL 23.000 euro - 25.000 euro (annual gross salary)
