You will manage service crews, ensure compliance with safety and operational standards, and deliver reliable results in line with client requirements.
/p /brh3Key Responsibilities /h3 /brul /brliLead slickline service crews, supervising and coordinating well intervention activities.
/li /brliCarry out calibration, maintenance, and repair of slickline service equipment.
/li /brliExecute slickline operations including fishing, calibration, lock mandrel setting, SCSSV testing, memory gauge profiling, and wellhead maintenance.
/li /brliProvide timely reporting and operational documentation to the client.
/li /brliLiaise with Company Representatives, ensuring service quality and compliance.
/li /brliIdentify and report deviations, risks, or functional problems promptly.

/li /br /ul /brh3Qualifications Experience /h3 /brul /brlibEducation: /b Technical high school diploma or equivalent qualification.
/li /brlibExperience: /b /brul /brlibStandard Wells: /b Minimum 5 years of slickline experience.
/li /brlibComplex Wells (Deepwater / HP/HT / Sour): /b 8+ years, including at least 2 years as Chief Operator.
/li /br /ul /br /li /brlibSpecialist Knowledge: /b /brul /brliBasic, Advanced Slickline Slickline Fishing operations.
/li /brliProficiency with lock mandrel setting, sleeve operations, SCSSV testing, and memory tools.
/li /br /ul /br /li /brlibCertifications Training: /b /brul /brliWell Control Certification Level 4 (IWCF, IADC Well CAP, or equivalent, as per IOGP 476).
/li /brliFirefighting, H2S, First Aid, Confined Space / Polluted Environment training.
/li /brliOffshore Safety (BOSIET, HUET, EBS).
/li /br /ul /br /li /brlibSkills: /b Microsoft Office suite, strong reporting/documentation.
