Fleming Research - Clinical is seeking a CRA with a drive to take on extra responsibilities and accelerate development toward Project Manager. The role includes site monitoring in Spain, training on protocols, and writing visit reports.

You will coordinate other CRAs across Europe and lead sponsor meetings for a study, while preparing monitoring plans and supporting CTMs. The ideal candidate has at least 1.5 years of CRA experience and is able to travel about 8 days per month.
