ppGenetec is seeking a highly motivated bAccount Executive /b to drive business growth across bItaly /b.
The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and managing relationships with key customers, partners, and system integrators while promoting Genetec's unified security platform and portfolio of solutions.
/p pThis role requires a strategic sales professional who can identify opportunities, build long-term customer relationships, and deliver value-driven security and intelligence solutions in sectors such as transportation, enterprise, and critical infrastructure.
/p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 ul libDevelop and manage a sales pipeline /b across Italy to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
/li libIdentify new business opportunities /b and build relationships with end users, consultants, and system integrators.
/li libPromote Genetec solutions /b, including video management, access control, ALPR, and unified security platforms.




/li libLead the full sales cycle /b, from prospecting and qualification to proposal, negotiation, and closing.
/li libWork closely with channel partners /b to expand market presence and drive joint opportunities.
/li libCollaborate internally /b with pre-sales engineers, marketing, and partner teams to develop winning sales strategies.
/li libDeliver presentations, product demonstrations, and value propositions /b to C-level executives and technical stakeholders.
/li libMaintain accurate forecasts and pipeline management /b in CRM tools.
/li libRepresent Genetec at industry events, trade shows, and customer meetings /b across Italy.
/li libMonitor market trends and competitive landscape /b to identify growth opportunities.
