/p h3Role Overview /h3 pThis is an individual contributor role first, with the possible future opportunity to mentor and shape a design team as we grow.
/p pYou'll be the bsingle owner of Product Design /b, setting the bar for UI quality, consistency, and product impact, and working closely with Product and Engineering.
/p h3Responsibilities /h3 ul liOwn end-to-end product design across core and new initiatives; /li liSet a high bar for UI quality and usability; /li liEvolve and protect our design system for scalable growth; /li liCollaborate deeply with Engineering, designing with real technical constraints and trade-offs in mind; /li liPartner with Product to translate vision and data into strong UX decisions; /li liDesign product-led growth flows (activation, adoption, retention); /li liMentor junior designers as the team grows; /li liLead by influence: setting standards, giving strong design critique, and raising the design bar without formal authority.
/li /ul h3Requirements /h3 ul liVery strong UI skills and attention to consistency; /li liProven experience in B2B, data-heavy products; /li liStrong collaboration record with engineering teams; /li liAdvanced Figma skills (incl. Figma Make); /li liExperience working with and scaling design system; /li liProduct-minded and impact-driven; /li liOpen to feedback:



takes critique without taking it personally and gives feedback just as readily; /li liLeads with curiosity: asks "why" before designing "how", challenges assumptions with data, and designs interfaces that are as effective as they are beautiful; /li liRole requires tax residency in Portugal; /li liFluency in English (spoken and written).
