/p pFixed-term or permanent contract to be evaluated.
/p pThis role ensures the operational efficiency of the Procurement Department by monitoring suppliers, analyzing costs, and supporting negotiation activities, with the ultimate goal of optimizing the corporate supply chain.
/p h3KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: /h3 ul liReview and manage Purchase Requisitions (RdA) issued by various departments to ensure accuracy.
/li liVerify order conditions against initial quotes and requirements.
/li liPlan and manage purchase orders utilizing ERP/management software.
/li liManage and coordinate procurement across CAPEX, OPEX, and services.
/li liSupport and ensure accuracy in accounting activities related to purchasing.
/li liManage the onboarding process for new suppliers, including the analysis and monitoring of their KPIs.
/li liConduct product development research in alignment with business goals and the latest market trends.
/li liGenerate periodic reporting and maintain the digital/physical archive of all procurement documentation.
/li liPerform cost analysis to identify superior purchasing conditions and cost-saving opportunities.
/li liProvide strategic support to the Department Manager in the following areas: ul liSourcing and selection of suppliers.
/li liNegotiation and definition of contractual terms.
/li liPrice list management.




/li /ul /li /ul h3Your background /h3 ul liDegree in Economics or a related field (a Master's degree in an economic or business discipline is a strong plus).
/li liAt least 1 year of experience in a similar role.
Experience within companies featuring structured procurement and purchasing processes will be highly valued.
/li /ul h3Your technical skills /h3 ul liProficiency in IT tools, with advanced command of the MS Office Suite (particularly Excel).
/li liStrong communication skills, proactivity, and curiosity, with a proven ability to manage relationships with diverse internal and external stakeholders.
/li liIndustry experience in Hospitality, Hotel Management, or Retail is considered a plus.
