ppItaldesign is looking for a dynamic person who would be responsible for the concept development of new series vehicles or concept vehicles. /p h3Responsibilities /h3 ul liSteering the Human factor activities: attending meetings with Customer and other functions, collecting input and tasks, reporting outputs; /li liBenchmarking analysis of competitor solutions and dimensions; /li liCreation and updating of 3D target surfaces collectors: ul liVehicle Occupant Package or Package plan /li liErgonomics plan /li liHomologation plan /li /ul /li liTracking and solving issues/target deviations through various phases and traveling to customer sites to meet project content. /li /ul h3Requirements /h3 pbKey requirements /b /p ul liAt least 8 years of experience in concept at OEM; /li liExperience on concept phase process and milestone; /li liKnowledge of design convergence process; /li liKnowledge of ergonomics and vehicle occupant package process: target definition, target validation; /li liKnowledge about vehicle occupant package (SAE measurements, GCIE measurements) and homologation requirement (ECE, NAR and China); /li liGood knowledge of CATIA V5; /li liSense of responsibility and integrity; /li liProblem solving and decision making. /li /ul pbPreferential requirements /b /p ul liKnowledge of system engineering tools: ul liCodebeamer/Polarion (requirements management software)
/li liCameo/PreeVision (functional architecture software) /li /ul /li liExperience in managing a high level of inter‑functional development and reporting to senior management; /li liAttitude to work with OEM PLM; /li liAbility to work in a team and public speaking; /li liTechnical presentation and goal‑oriented; /li liKnowledge of ISO 9001 and EN 9100; /li liKnowledge of Pack Office. /li /ul h3Other Information /h3 pbEducation: /b Master’s degree in Automotive, Mechanical, Aerospace Engineering or equivalent studies. /p pbLanguage skills: /b Fluent knowledge of written and spoken Italian and English are required.
