You will join our team dedicated to the Customer Relationship Center, supporting business transformation and digitalization projects in an international context.Your Missions:Deliver requirements documentation for CRC-related projectsWrite and refine user stories and epics for development teamsPrepare configuration guidelines for system implementationSupport development and testing phases, ensuring requirements are metCollaborate with business partners and IT teams to translate business needs into application requirementsIdentify gaps in existing functionalities and propose improvementsEnsure security and compliance requirements are considered in solution designProvide training and documentation to end users and support teamsYour Profile:5 -7 years of relevant experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in international projectsExperience in requirements gathering, documentation, and process improvementExperience inCustomer Relationship CenterExperience with configuration guidelines and supporting development/testing phasesExperience in business transformation or digitalization projectsExperience with technical teams and understanding of IT landscapeBachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, or equivalentEnglish and Italian fluentYou demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving skillsYou demonstrate adaptability in multicultural environmentsExperience with generative AI tools is a plusWhat We Offer:An international community bringing together 110+ different nationalitiesAn environment where trust has a central place: 70% of our key leaders started their careers at the first level of responsibilitiesA robust training system with our internal Academy and 250+ available modulesA vibrant workplace that frequently gathers for internal events (afterworks,
