/ppWe offer: /ppHybrid model of work - 1 day per office in Mediolan /ppResponsibilities: /pulliAct as the primary L2/L3 resolver for Salesforce incidents, issues, sub-tasks and technical activities.
/liliAnalyse and resolve Salesforce issues involving Apex, Flow and LWC changes, including batch failures and production incidents.
/liliAssess managed-package updates and their potential impact on the Salesforce environment.
/liliDeliver regular enhancements and short-term improvement items within agreed timelines.




/liliPrepare Technical Analyses, Delivery Notes, Release Notes and Bug/Incident Reports.
/li /ulpWe are looking for: /pulliStrong experience as a Salesforce Developer at Platform Developer II level or equivalent.
/liliAdvanced hands-on knowledge of Apex, SOQL, Salesforce Flow, LWC and Aura.
/liliExperience with Salesforce deployment processes using Azure DevOps and Ant-based deployment.
/liliPractical experience with Jira and Confluence, preferably in an AMS/support environment.
/liliFluent Italian, both written and spoken, as Italian is the mandatory working language for the AMS team.
