The following modules are used : /p pFinancials - ( Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Asset Management, Banking, Billing, Contracts, Cash Management, Banking, General Ledger, Payables, Suppliers, Travel Expenses, Project Costing ) /p pHCM - ( Absence Management, Teleworking, Personal Profile, Recruitment, Performance, Position Management, Workforce administration Job, Payroll, Kibana reporting ) /p h3Duties and responsibilities: /h3 pProvide user support for technical issues in PeopleSoft Financials and HCM through an internal ticketing system.
Tickets must be managed to ensure that users are informed of progress or need for feedback.
/p pDebug issues to identify causes and provide solutions on how to resolve /p pDevelop technical solutions for user issues, including updates to Peoplecode, SQL scripts or other scripts to resolve data issues, updates or amendments to workflow.
/p pResolve performance issues in processes by identifying bottlenecks and developing remediations.
/p pSupport the testing of new patches and PUMs.
/p pComply with requirement procedures and policies, in particular those on security and updates on or migrations to Production systems.
/p pProvide information to internal and external auditors, or other reviews as required.

/p pProvide post go-live support for any solutions deployed to production.
/p h3Technical Requirements: /h3 pAt least 3 years experience of working with the listed modules in PeopleSoft Financials HCM, in at least version 9.X /p pHighly skilled knowledge of People Tools 8.5x /p pHighly skilled knowledge of PeopleCode, including application packages and workflow.
/p pDemonstrable knowledge of security components in Peoplesoft, with ability to setup or modify security components as required.
/p pStrong demonstrable knowledge of problem-solving technical issues and supporting a non- technical user group.
/p pStrong demonstrable knowledge of developing technical solutions for listed modules in PeopleSoft Financials/HCM.
/p pExperience of approval workflow /p pExperience of designing integration broker messages and component interfaces and other integration methods including preferably, solution design for integration with Cloud SaaS solutions.
/p pProblem solver you can propose solutions in a clear and understandable manner to non-technical users.
Ability to work with other to brain storm and develop practical and innovative solution.
/p pTeam Worker - you develop and maintain a positive relationship with end users; able to consult and deal effectively with all levels of the organization and establish working relations of openness and trust in a multicultural setting.
/p pPlanner and Organiser you prioritize and organise the work (own and consultants) for effective resolutions of functional and technical problems.
