Minimum Qualifications and skills:

- University degree in Law, Economics or equivalent.
- Proficiency in oral and written English language.
- Minimum of 10 years’ experience in PPP advisory to large transport infrastructure projects,



of which at least 3 years should be preferably in Sub-Saharan African countries.
- Working experience in South Africa is an added advantage.
- Involvement in a minimum of 2 large transport infrastructure projects in the past 10 years.
- Involvement in a minimum of 1 transport project in a developing country, preferably in Sub-Saharan Africa, financed by EU, EIB or other IFI’s in the past 10 years. xysqume
