ph3Electrical Superintendent /h3pFor our own projects, we are hiring for: bElectrical Superintendent /b /ph3Role Overview /h3pThe Electrical Superintendent is responsible for organizing and supervising electrical commissioning, start-up, and maintenance activities, ensuring full compliance with HSE regulations, quality standards, and project specifications.
/ppThe role involves coordinating with engineering, construction, and operations teams, overseeing vendor activities, and ensuring proper implementation of electrical isolation and Permit to Work procedures.
The Electrical Superintendent ensures activities are executed safely, efficiently, and in line with project schedules to support successful plant start-up and operational readiness.
/ph3Details /h3ulliContract Duration: 9 months /liliWorking Hours: Up to 10 hours per day / 6 days per week /liliStart Date: ASAP /li /ulh3Tasks /h3ulliSupport the HSE Manager for aspects falling within the area of responsibility and for the preparation of the general HSE plan.
/liliEnsure that all activities within the area of responsibility are carried out in full compliance with HSE requirements.
/liliActively contribute to Safety Walk Downs; in case of incidents, contribute to investigations.

/liliVerify that the Commissioning Start-up requirements are accounted for in the engineering documents.
/liliTake part in project planning and scheduling.
/liliReview vendor schedules and assignments related to commissioning, start-up, and test run activities.
/liliFollow up on completion and commissioning activities.
/liliIssue progress reports within the area of responsibility.
/liliContribute to the planning and scheduling of job routines under the project Maintenance Plan, including assigning resources, materials, and logistics.
/liliThrough the team, be responsible for Preventive Maintenance, Condition-Based Maintenance, and Corrective Maintenance.
/liliCoordinate vendors at site within the assigned operating area.
/liliApprove work orders as per Permit to Work procedure to enable execution of scheduled works.
/liliEnsure correct implementation of electrical isolation control through the Switch Board locking and unlocking register.
/liliIdentify gaps in personnel through extensive training and implement plans to bridge them.
/liliOptimize the Maintenance Plan, spare parts, and manpower according to plant feedback.
