ph3Overview /h3pFor our Logistics Strategic Planning Integration Department, we are looking for a bTransport Operations Control Specialist /b to join the Transport team based at our HQ in Milan.
/ph3Your Impact /h3pThe resource will support the Worldwide Transport Director in all activities related to the global transportation operations control of finished products, components, and materials, supporting the Group's business activities worldwide.
/ppIn particular, the Transport Operations Control Specialist will be responsible for: /pullioversee and coordinate transportation activities, ensuring efficient end-to-end management of shipments for finished goods, components, and materials; work closely with freight forwarders, monitor KPIs and SLAs, and define corrective actions when needed.
/lilimanage special projects and non-standard operational tasks, taking part in Business Reviews with logistics partners and internal departments to analyze performance and identify optimization opportunities.
/lilidevelop and maintain coordination and monitoring tools, facilitate internal meetings, and keep action plans updated with clear timelines and responsibilities.
/lilidefine and implement new tools, processes, projects, and SOPs, aiming to improve service quality, reduce costs, enhance sustainability, and streamline operations.
