pPVH is seeking a Deputy Manager Customer Experience Sales to oversee store performance and create a welcoming atmosphere for customers.
You will set daily service goals, train and coach the team on standards, and assist in recruitment and onboarding processes.
/ppProvide ongoing feedback, lead CRM activities for retention and upselling, and monitor KPIs to drive improvements.
