/liliConduct shift planning, forecasting, and direct work assignments.

/liliReview KPIs regularly and perform quality analyses affecting inventory integrity and customer experience.
/liliDevelop FC process knowledge for continuous improvement with operations management.
/liliAssist in interviewing and training FC managers and associates to build the next generation of leaders.
