/p h3Role Overview /h3 pAs a bForward Deployed Engineer (FDE) /b at Wonderful, you'll solve high-impact, real-world problems alongside enterprise customers and own work from first principles through production outcomes.
/p pYou'll work directly with customers to understand critical workflows, design AI-driven solutions, and deploy agents that operate reliably in production.
You'll own projects end-to-end from problem definition and system design to launch and iteration - and be accountable for real business impact.
/p pThis is a hands on-generalist role for engineers who enjoy navigating ambiguity, learning quickly, and working across systems while partnering with enterprises as they become AI-driven organizations.
/p h3What You'll Do /h3 ul liPartner with customers to understand operational challenges and success criteria /li liTranslate open-ended problems into clear technical designs and implementations /li liBuild AI agents that integrate with customer systems and perform real tasks /li liOwn deployments, including reliability, performance, and continuous improvement /li liTest with real data, measure outcomes, and iterate based on results /li liCollaborate with Product Engineering to ship high-quality solutions /li liContribute to tools, documentation, and best practices that scale customer delivery /li /ul h3What We're Looking For /h3 ul li5+ years of experience in software engineering or technical problem-solving roles /li liStrong fundamentals in software design, system thinking /li liExperience working across systems, integrations, and data flows /li liComfort working directly with customers and owning ambiguous problems /li liClear communication skills and a strong ownership mindset /li liCuriosity and interest in building AI-powered systems that work in practice /li /ul h3Nice to Have /h3 ul liExperience in forward-deployed, solutions engineering, or customer-facing rolesExposure to AI agents, automation, or conversational systems /liliExperience operating and improving production systems /li /ul /p #J-*****-Ljbffr
