CALLING FOR: BDR – B2B SaaS Sales (eCommerce & Operations)
You know how to open doors. You’ve got 1–3 years in B2B sales or business development. You know what a good discovery call feels like. You can smell a qualified lead from a bad one. And you’re not afraid of the phone.
At Shippy Pro, we’re looking for a BDR who can drive pipeline in the B2B SaaS space – targeting eCommerce brands, retailers, and operations teams that are still doing manually what we can automate for them. If you’re consultative, resilient, and genuinely excited about selling software that solves real operational pain – keep reading.
Shippy Pro was founded with one mission: make shipping effortless so businesses can focus on growth.
Today we power shipping for thousands of merchants across 60+ countries. We’ve raised (15M (Series B) and we’re scaling fast in a )9T industry still full of inefficiencies – which means the sales opportunity is massive, and it’s barely been touched.
We’re building a sales team that moves with urgency, thinks consultatively, and takes ownership of results. If that’s you, you’ll fit right in.
The product
Shippy Pro is a shipping and fulfillment platform that helps merchants automate the entire shipping workflow, from choosing the best carrier service to generating labels and tracking deliveries. It connects with e-commerce platforms and multiple couriers, giving teams one place to ship faster, reduce manual work, and keep full control over costs and delivery performance.
We’re not looking for someone who sends 100 templated emails a day and calls it prospecting.
eCommerce and operations teams are drowning in manual processes. The challenge is to build qualified pipeline fast, in a market that’s wide open,

with a product that genuinely solves the problem.
The quality of the product, the clarity of the ICP, the support from marketing, the feedback loop with AEs — all of it matters.
At Shippy Pro, you’re selling a product people actually need — not a nice-to-have, but a genuine fix for operational pain that eCommerce teams feel every day. The use cases are concrete. That makes your job easier and your conversations better.
You’ll work closely with Marketing and the Account Executive team, with a short feedback loop and real influence on how we approach new verticals. And because we’re still early in our go-to-market expansion, the territory is wide open — which means the upside is real.
