Junior Project Manager

In this role, you will be responsible for planning and overseeing cross-functional projects to ensure they are completed in a timely fashion and within budget.

The PM is requested to apply robust process leading according with company tools and regulations. You shall be able to drive changes and lead the projects by coordinating internal and external stakeholders. Critical success factors for the role will be the ability to pair with Functional Area Experts and apply flexible and innovative Project Management methods and tools.

Main responsibilities:

- Defining project objectives, project scope, roles & responsibilities.
- Defining resource requirements and managing resource availability & allocation – both internal and third party.
- Prepare budget based on scope of work and resource requirements.
- Track project costs to meet budget.
- Preparing a detailed project plan to schedule key project milestones, workstreams & activities.
- Provide project updates on a consistent basis to the head of function about strategy, adjustments, and progress.
- Utilize industry best practices, techniques, and standards throughout entire project execution.
- Identifying and mitigating potential risks.




- Measure project performance to identify areas for improvement.

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in a scientific discipline (preferred), Economics, or Humanities.
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in technical positions (ideally in project management), gained within structured and regulated organizations; international work environments highly valued. Relevant experience in pharma or medical device sectors is a plus.
- Confident user of Microsoft Office suite.
- Highly proficient in both spoken and written English.
- Familiarity with basic project management principles and methodologies is a plus.
- People-driven, leadership and critical thinking skills.
