As a Senior Clinical Research Associate at ICON, you will lead clinical trial monitoring to ensure adherence to protocols, regulatory requirements, and GCP standards. You will monitor sites, conduct visits, and support trial execution while collaborating with cross-functional teams to maintain data quality. You’ll train site staff, foster strong site relationships, and drive continuous improvement in trial conduct. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams for accurate data collection and reporting
- Provide training and guidance to site staff and other CRAs to maintain high standards
- Build and maintain effective relationships with site personnel and stakeholders to facilitate smooth operations
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant scientific discipline or healthcare-related field
- Extensive experience as a Clinical Research Associate xysqume with strong understanding of trial processes and regulatory requirements
- Proven ability to manage multiple sites and projects with strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Expertise in monitoring practices, data integrity, and site management; proficiency in relevant trial software/tools
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills; ability to influence in a complex environment
