PpAs Global Product Manager for Digital Services, you shape and scale our digital service portfolio within Hygienic Fluid Handling and Heat Transfer Technologies. You collaborate across product, technology, commercial, and operations to translate customer needs into market-ready solutions. You will help connect product development with market execution and drive adoption of condition-monitoring offerings. This role combines hardware and digital solutions to deliver measurable customer value in a global context, with international travel. You will contribute to governance and the evolution of our Digital Services portfolio, enabling scalable, data-driven services. /p ul liinternational travel /li liglobal exposure /li lirole in a 140-year-old start-up culture /li liopportunity for growth and impact /li liDefine product direction, vision, roadmap, and priorities for digital services with emphasis on scalability and customer value /li liAct as a hands-on PM, engaging with customers and supporting commercial efforts to drive adoption /li liParticipate in packaging and pricing discussions from a product perspective /li liSupport global go-to-market activities with leadership and Revenue/Go-to-Market leads /li liDevelop the Digital Services Product Portfolio Management function including governance /li liEnsure strong product-market fit and value realization by incorporating feedback from customers and commercial teams /li liTranslate business and customer needs into clear product requirements for technology teams /li liCoordinate across product, commercial, technology, and operations to align and execute /li liSupport evolution and scaling of condition-monitoring solutions as a core offering /li liDefine and track product KPIs (adoption, usage, value realization) for insights across teams /li liContribute with Global Innovation Lead to identify new digital service opportunities aligned with growth priorities /li liMSc or BSc in Engineering, Business, or similar /li li3-5 years of relevant product management/ development/ business development in a B2B environment /li liExperience in industrial/mechanical/equipment/process-industry with exposure to digital products, IoT or data-driven services /li liStrong commercial understanding of how digital products create customer and business value /li liExperience with condition monitoring, IoT, connected equipment, or data-driven services is an advantage /li liPractical understanding of industrial equipment and process industries /li liExperience working with customers and cross-functional teams to shape solutions /li liStructured thinking with a hands-on approach /li liStrong stakeholder management across commercial, technical, and operational functions /li liFamiliarity with agile/iterative development and hardware-digital intersect /li /ul pAs Global Product Manager for Digital Services, you shape and scale our digital service portfolio within Hygienic Fluid Handling and Heat Tr… /p /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
