PpbWE PLAY TO GROW AND WIN, do you? /b /ppIf you are interested in the field of Manufacturing and you would like to work in a young and dynamic company, this is your opportunity! /ppYou will be responsible for implementing, monitoring, and updating the maintenance plan. /ppYou will support the Plant Manager in planning and tracking all maintenance activities and Key Business Indicators (KBIs), while also contributing to the effectiveness and efficiency of the Production team. /ppIn addition, you will manage Plant Engineering and continuous improvement activities. /ph3WHAT WE WILL DO TOGETHER /h3ulliCreation, updating, and monitoring of the maintenance plan and related procedures. /liliSpare parts coding in SAP; /liliCreation and follow-up of Work Orders; /liliManagement of Technical Suppliers (Services and Spare Parts); /liliTechnical warehouse management: spare parts, consumables and clothing orders, inventory and provisioning; /liliRepair and Maintenance, Consumables budget management; /liliManagement of a team of Maintenance Technician (6 people); /liliBreakdown analysis and implementation of corrective actions. /li /ulh32. Plant Engineering Continuous Improvement Management /h3ulliPlanning, managing, and overseeing CAPEX for plant improvements and upgrades; /liliLeading and managing engineering projects, from planning to execution, ensuring timely and cost-effective completion; /liliLeading and driving continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, reduce costs,
and improve quality; /liliWorking across Plant Organization to foster a culture of innovation and efficiency; /liliManagement of 1 engineering / CI specialist. /li /ulh33. Performance Monitoring KPI Governance /h3ulliMonitoring and follow-up of maintenance KPIs and Plant KBIs; /liliAnalysis of technical performance data to support decision-making; /liliDefining and sharing technical best practices. /li /ulh3WHAT WE OFFER YOU /h3pA permanent position.
