We are looking for

A driven and enthusiastic Sales Development Representative (m/w/d) eager to contribute to our sales team's growth and success.

Responsibilities include proposing actions, strategies, and campaigns to improve sales processes and foster growth.

Your role at BizAway

- Research and prospect new clients in the Italian market
- Execute outbound campaigns via email, phone, and other channels
- Present our solutions to various stakeholders (Office Managers, Travel Managers, HR Directors, etc.)
- Proactively suggest actions and strategies to improve sales and growth

- Collaborate with the Sales Team in a positive feedback loop

Basic qualifications

- Native Italian speaker with proficient English skills
- At least 1 year of experience in a similar role or a degree in Business, Management, Marketing, Tourism, or related fields
- Hunger to face challenges and improve daily
- Proactivity in proposing value-adding solutions and willingness to learn from mistakes
- Flexibility to adapt in a fast-changing environment

Additional interests

- Experience in SaaS sales, Business Travel, or startups
