Ignite is seeking an Italian-speaking Client Experience Representative to join our Lisbon-based team. You will be the primary contact for Italian users, handling inquiries via phone, email, and live chat in a dynamic, collaborative environment.

You will respond to inquiries, diagnose issues, and document resolutions in CRM while meeting CSAT, FCR, and AHT targets. Training is provided and on-site work in Lisbon is required.
