SharkNinja is seeking an Affiliate Specialist to join our Southern European DTC team focused on Italy. You will own day-to-day execution and optimization of the affiliate channel, manage the AWIN network, onboard partners, and drive revenue growth with key publishers.

Reporting to the Performance Marketing Manager, you will collaborate with E‑commerce, Marketing, and Creative teams to plan campaigns, analyze data, negotiate terms, and deliver growth initiatives across Italy.
