Amazon is seeking a graduate HR Partner for the Fulfillment Center in Italy. You will be the front-line HR representative to Team Leads and Area Managers, addressing associate queries, supporting investigations, and driving employee engagement.

You will work with HR and operations to implement programs, manage cases, and analyze workforce data, while ensuring compliance with local laws. A university degree completed or within the last 24 months is required.
