Arsenale Group in Roma, Lazio invites applications for an in-house Legal Finance role focused on financing and capital markets. You will report to the CLO and CFO and collaborate with M&A; & Financing to draft, review, and negotiate financing documents while aligning with strategic goals.

The ideal candidate has a law degree with 5+ years in finance/banking law, excellent English, and strong analytical/organizational skills. The position offers growth in a dynamic, international setting.
