as a field sales training executive you will represent yepoda inside sephora italy, driving sell?out, training beauty advisor teams and ensuring flawless brand presentation across four sephora doors in rome.
/ph3Your tasks /h3ulliown sell?out across assigned doors and achieve monthly/quarterly targets.
/liliwork side?by?side with sephora beauty advisors to increase conversion and basket size.
/lilinegotiate and run brand moments, sales challenges, beauty hub takeovers and fun days.
/lilitrain sephora staff on products, routines and brand story – from quick floor briefings to full breakfast sessions.
/lilicoach teams on selling techniques, routine building and cross?selling.

/lilisupport the eu retail education manager in large?scale events and press days.
/lilimaintain gondolas, displays and tester stock at optimal levels.

/liliproven track record of driving sell?out in a retail environment.

/liliself?directed, highly organised and able to manage multiple doors.
