ph3Applied AI / Solutions Engineer (Generative AI AI Agents) /h3 pA fast-growing Italian startup is looking for an experienced Applied AI / Solutions Engineer to join its team and support the design, development, and adoption of innovative Generative AI solutions for enterprise and public sector environments. /p pThe role focuses on translating business challenges into scalable AI solutions, designing architectures, developing PoCs and MVPs, and supporting the implementation of AI systems and autonomous agents in real-world scenarios. /p ul liAnalyze customer requirements and design end-to-end AI solution architectures. /li liDevelop Proof of Concepts (PoCs) and Minimum Viable Products (MVPs) to validate AI solutions and business opportunities. /li liDesign and optimize RAG pipelines, advanced prompt engineering strategies, and AI Agent workflows. /li liIntegrate AI solutions with enterprise systems, databases, APIs, and existing infrastructures. /li liEvaluate AI models and technologies based on performance, cost, scalability, and compliance requirements. /li liSupport AI projects throughout their lifecycle, from experimentation to production deployment. /li liCreate technical documentation, support knowledge transfer, and collaborate with customers and internal teams. /li liContribute to the optimization of AI solutions in terms of security, reliability, and scalability. /li liExperience designing and implementing Generative AI solutions and end-to-end RAG systems. /li liStrong knowledge of Python and AI frameworks such as LangChain, LlamaIndex, Haystack, LangGraph, AutoGen, or similar.



/li liHands‑on experience with LLMs, prompt engineering, AI Agents, and model adaptation techniques. /li liExperience integrating AI solutions with enterprise environments through APIs and existing systems. /li liKnowledge of vector databases (Pinecone, Weaviate, Chroma, Qdrant, PGVector) and traditional databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Redis). /li liFamiliarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and AI/ML deployment practices. /li liExperience with Docker, Git, API development, and AI evaluation methodologies. /li liStrong communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholders. /li liExperience working in enterprise environments and managing multiple priorities. /li /ul h3Nice to Have /h3 ul liExperience with LLM fine-tuning techniques (LoRA, QLoRA). /li liKnowledge of AI monitoring and evaluation frameworks. /li liExperience in regulated industries such as finance, healthcare, or public sector. /li liCloud certifications or contributions to AI/ML open‑source projects. /li /ul h3What We're Looking For /h3 pWe are looking for a proactive and problem‑solving professional who combines strong AI technical skills with consulting abilities, enjoys working closely with customers, and is passionate about transforming business challenges into innovative AI solutions. /p pThis job opportunity is open to candidates of all genders, ages, and nationalities, in compliance with applicable equal opportunity and anti‑discrimination legislation. /p /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
