SupportYourApp is seeking a Customer Support Consultant to deliver outstanding email-based support and build lasting relationships with clients. You will resolve issues promptly, escalate complex cases, and stay updated on client solutions while meeting KPIs.

Ideal candidates have 6-12 months in customer support, strong communication in German and English, and a pro-active, empathetic approach in a fully remote, international environment.
