About the role:
As aManufacturing Planner , you will be responsible for themedium‑and‑long‑term planning of one or more manufacturing projects. You will collect, consolidate, and manage fabrication sequences prepared by Manufacturing Engineers, aligning them with resource availability and production calendars. You will focus on ensuring that the project delivery dates meet their targets through smooth, efficient, and cost‑effective production planning. You will work with the Component Delivery Manager team to optimize time and resources, anticipate potential scheduling issues, and develop recovery plans. This is afull‑time position , performed100% onsite .
You will report to theHead of Operations and be located inMonfalcone, Italy . You will befully onsite .
Key Responsibilities:
- Performmedium‑and‑long‑term planning for one or multiple manufacturing projects, developing and maintaining theProject Master Schedule based on fabrication sequences provided by Manufacturing Engineers
- Assign lead times and required production resources to each operation, ensuring alignment with customer milestones and delivery commitments
- Identify and monitor theproject critical path , supporting the Component Delivery Manager team in meeting project objectives
- Control and expedite project execution, tracking production progress and identifying deviations from plan
- Define, implement, and follow up onrecovery plans when project progress is not aligned with objectives, minimizing disruptions and delays
- Prepare and issueplanning and reporting outputs , including manufacturing schedules, workload analysis, progress tracking, and variance reporting
- Identify critical situations such asresource overloads or bottlenecks and propose appropriate mitigation or recovery actions
- Support timely decision‑making for manufacturing activities to ensure continuity of operations
- Comply with company policies and procedures related tosafety, quality, risk, and security applicable to the role
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering preferred (Laurea Triennale o Magistrale in Ingegneria preferred)
- 1 to 2 years of experience in manufacturing or production planning roles (Junior level)
- Experience as aManufacturing / Production Planner in an industrial environment
- Working knowledge ofERP systems
- Advanced proficiency withMS Office tools (especiallyExcel , Project, Word) andPrimavera or other planning/scheduling software
- Experience working inteam environment ,
supporting Project Managers and Operations Managers in production planning activities
- English proficiency at an intermediate level
We are committed to transparency and equity in all of our people practices. The gross base salary range for this position, which is dependent upon experience, qualifications and skills, is estimated to be €31,900 to €42,000 per year.
