In this vital role, you will assist our Italian-speaking customers in navigating our marketplace, providing them with the support and information they need to make informed decisions.

Responsibilities
- Act as the main point of contact for Italian-speaking customers, offering assistance and support via phone, email, and chat.
- Help customers navigate the marketplace, answer questions about products, pricing, and order status.
- Resolve customer queries and complaints efficiently, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Document customer interactions thoroughly in our CRM system for tracking and analysis.
- Collaborate with internal teams to improve the customer experience based on feedback and insights.
- Stay informed about marketplace updates, product launches,

and promotions to provide relevant information to customers.
- Participate in training sessions and team meetings, contributing ideas for improving service delivery.

Requirements
- Fluency in Italian and English, with strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience in customer service or related roles is highly desirable.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities with a strong customer-centric approach.
- Comfortable with using CRM software and other tools for efficient customer service.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- A proactive attitude and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Team player with a positive attitude toward enhancing the customer service experience.
