Your Key Responsibilities
- Become an expert on Lexroom and a product evangelist, identifying new use cases and expansion opportunities within your customer base.
- Drive Lexroom's ambitious ARR growth from the installed base, helping position the company as a European market leader.
- Own the entire funnel for existing business: run checkpoints and business reviews, uncover expansion needs, and close upsells and uplifts.
- Managing renewals and leading churn management—protecting and growing recurring revenue by getting ahead of risk and keeping customers engaged.
- Work closely with customers to identify their pain points, goals, and development opportunities, and be the main point of contact between Lexroom and our customers.
