Location: Athens, Greece (if relocating) or remote from Greece if you're already there
Start date: 27 February or 6 March
Model: Remote

Your Responsibilities
- Communicate with customers via phone, chat & email
- Troubleshoot issues or escalate when needed
- Track and follow up on cases to ensure timely resolution
- Maintain strong, professional relationships and show empathy
- Turn every interaction into a happy customer experience

What You Bring
- Fluency in German
- Strong communication skills in English
- Excellent communication & soft skills
- Problem-solving mindset
- Good computer knowledge
- Ability to multitask
- Team-player attitude in a fast-paced,
