TEAMSYSTEM SPA is seeking a Revenue Incentive Manager in Milano, Italy to transform our global Revenue Incentive function. You'll lead the redesign and standardization of commissions and rebates models, ensuring alignment with pricing and financial outcomes, while driving global cooperation across teams.

The role comes with a total compensation of €56,000 – €72,000, including hybrid work options and wellbeing support. Ideal candidates will have 7–10 years of relevant experience, particularly in multinational environments.
